The buyer who returns goods, must complete the appropriate products return form, where he specifies his details, details of the returned product, date and place of purchase and the reason for the return.
The Standard Return Form can be obtained by the buyer at the request of the company-manufacturer, on a web site of the manufacturer or by fax (the details of the manufacturer indicated on its product packaging)

If the mismatch products were found by individual or legal person who does not have direct contract for the purchase and sale of the company's products, the return procedure is as follows:
a) An individual returns the product with appropriate pharmacy receipt back to the pharmacy where the company product was purchased. The legal body or the drugstore which has accepted back poor-quality company product returns it to its distributor provided that it is the direct buyer of the Company.
b) Distributor fills in a Standard Return Form of return. All returned products must be approved by the Technical Commission for a refund. A QAD representative determines the return causes, and it reports to the Technical Commission and, upon approval, a representative of QAD signs the Form of return.
